I’ve taken a non‑traditional path in life, and every step of it has shaped the work I do today. I started in hospitality, where I learned how to read people, anticipate needs, and create meaningful experiences. From there, I built a long career in the wine and spirits industry, moving through roles in sales, marketing, capabilities, and team leadership. Ultimately, I led the national accounts team of the largest adult beverage supplier in the world.

Along the way, I learned how to hire and develop teams, how to communicate a vision that inspires action, and how to navigate the real‑world challenges of growth, change, and leadership. My degree in organizational communication gave me a foundation in understanding human motivation, while my years working directly with guests and teams taught me how to listen deeply and connect authentically.

These experiences led me to create the GROW framework, a simple, human‑centered approach that helps people define success on their own terms and move toward it with clarity and intention. I believe authenticity is the starting point for growth, and I bring that philosophy into every keynote, workshop, and conversation.
